Casa Wallace project started in 2001 when owners, Sarah and Claudio, purchased almost 35 acres of gently rolling hills and a villa outside the town of Cremolino in Northern Italy, with less than one acre of Dolcetto vines. Today, there are almost fifteen acres of vines on prime Dolcetto, Casa Wallace land.
