Creating your own retreat allows you to organize your daily yoga and meditation sessions.

Your participants will share a double occupancy room and have all meals included. They will experience wine tasting, olive oil tasting, cooking classes and have time to relax, hang out in our wellness area, hike our nature trails or read a book.  Options are vineyard experiences, a visit to an ancient Roman town or a trip to the Mediterranean Sea for meditation, yoga, a swim, and lunch.
